城市规划的滞后反应
假如你有一块地，房子盖的越靠近路沿，看着越廉价，不好听一点像站街女。所以有深宅大院之说。最好是入口深到看不见。
以前的规划去掉公用地，你的房子边线还要往里退25尺左右，至少和一个邻居的房子看齐。
这是西方城市规划的一个先进性。现在全打乱了，一块地可以造几个，靠近土地
边界造。好的不学，学三藩市那些，那城市除了自然景观就没法看。
说房子不够用，把城市规划变得无规划后，房子又不容易卖出去租出去。
政府有时就是搞破坏的。不够用就盖高层和高密度社区，一定要有规划的社区。
中国政府不能骂，人家是好好学习！
西方政府有时该骂，是天天向下。
看看新建的房子（网络图片，仅作说明事例）, 一变四个，徍马路上靠近了很多，
边上和对面 的房子本来整齐， 这对原来的居民不公平，环境破坏了
新规划不用做地下室省很多，但比周围的高出一层楼。
以前一块地的新房子卖270万（3000多尺），现在均价每个卖150万，600万。
（前排贵），假如出租，可租出1.5万左右、月，这是掠夺性的赚钱。
降低了邻屋的价值。但没有补偿。
The Flaws of Modern Urban Planning: A Step Backward
When it comes to property layout, the closer a house sits to the curb, the cheaper and more unappealing it looks—to put it bluntly, it gives off a tacky vibe. That is why traditional architecture prized deep, sprawling compounds where the entrance is set far back, almost hidden from view.
Under older zoning regulations, after excluding public easements, your front setback had to be pushed back roughly 25 feet to align with your neighbors' properties. This was a hallmark of progressive Western urban planning. Now, everything has been upended: multiple units are crammed onto a single lot and built right up to the property boundaries. Instead of adopting best practices, we are copying cities like San Francisco, where the urban landscape is an eyesore saved only by its natural scenery.
Under the guise of tackling housing shortages, gutting urban planning has only made homes harder to sell and rent. Governments sometimes act as pure wrecking crews. If housing is scarce, build high-rises and high-density communities ， although I agree avoiding basement pumps by incraseing height
of a new building is a very wise choice and should have been practiced earlier.
Take a look at these newly built homes (sourced from the internet for illustrative purposes). One lot has been split into four, pushing the structures hazardously close to the street. They completely disrupt the neat alignment of adjacent and opposite houses, showing utter disrespect to long-term residents and ruining the neighborhood environment.
In addition，A single-family home on a traditional lot used tomake less money by selling or renting .This is predatory profit-making. It devalues neighboring properties, yet homeowners receive zero compensation.
这就像理发，本来留个刘海遮遮发际线，现在非贴着头皮剃，省地是省地，出门像刚放出来。退线25尺不是装，是给生活留口气。开发商一算容积率，恨不得把房子插在马路牙子上，结果呢，卖不动，租不出，业主天天听刹车声当白噪音。规划要是天天向下，最后城市就成了“能住但不想住”的样板间。别光看三藩市，人家自然景观能兜底，咱这儿兜底的可能只剩外卖和堵车。
